in display and control elements for vehicle and driver assis-
tance functions. These include display surfaces within the driver's range of vision and extensive networking of individual systems via the vehicle's bus system.

Bosch Car Multimedia is the technological leader in the development of instrument clusters for mid- and upper-
class vehicles.  Instrument clusters prepare and show the
most important vehicle data within the drivers primary range
of vision. Using gateways and other vehicle interfaces, information, from a camera, for example, can be fed into
the system and processed. This makes it possible to realize additional intelligent functions that support the driver and/or passenger in navigation or in critical driving situations. 

One of the latest developments is DualView, a new type of display that is able to show two pictures at the same time, depending on which angle they are viewed from: navigation information for the driver, for example, and entertainment for
the front-seat passenger.
